If you need to cancel any appointment, you are required to notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged 30% of the treatment price. No shows will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Therapist may turn you away if you are late showing up to your appointment. Due to back-to-back with appointments, we may not be able to do your treatment if you are over 10 minutes late. If this happens you will be charged the no show fee.
If you are not satisfied with your treatment after your appointment, please contact us direct. Any complaints should be raised within the first 24 hours after your appointment.
If you are new to the salon for any Eyelash /Brow tinting and/or Eyelash Extensions, we require a patch test 48 hours prior to your visit. This is to ensure you are not allergic to any of the products that would be used during the appointment. Please note, no treatment will be given unless a patch test is carried out.
Consent for juniors
We require signed consent from a parent/ Guardian before any treatment is carried out on under 16-year-old. Some treatments are not offered to juniors please double check before booking an appointment.
