By accessing the website https://www.thehiddenbeautybar.co.uk/ you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, terms of sales and privacy policy all applicable laws and regulations and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and ensure that you understand them. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Our site, https://www.thehiddenbeautybar.co.uk/ is owned and operated by THE HIDDEN BEAUTY BAR LTD, a limited company registered in England & Wales with company number 05862714, whose registered address is 45 City Road, Chester CH1 3AE and whose main trading address is The Hidden Beauty Bar, St. Asaph LL17 0RF.

 

Bookings

Bookings can be made through the following

Cancellations, Late / No Shows

If you need to cancel any appointment, you are required to notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged 30% of the treatment price. No shows will be charged 50% of the treatment price.

Therapist may turn you away if you are late showing up to your appointment. Due to back-to-back with appointments, we may not be able to do your treatment if you are over 10 minutes late. If this happens you will be charged the no show fee.

 

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your treatment after your appointment, please contact us direct. Any complaints should be raised within the first 24 hours after your appointment.

 

Patch Testing

If you are new to the salon for any Eyelash /Brow tinting and/or Eyelash Extensions, we require a patch test 48 hours prior to your visit. This is to ensure you are not allergic to any of the products that would be used during the appointment. Please note, no treatment will be given unless a patch test is carried out.  

 

Consent for juniors

We require signed consent from a parent/ Guardian before any treatment is carried out on under 16-year-old. Some treatments are not offered to juniors please double check before booking an appointment. 

 

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 1st June 2019.
