These terms of sale apply to the sale of all products by The Hidden Beauty Bar, which are made available via our website and in-store. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. By using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Terms of Sale 

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. You should only buy these professional products if you are trained in the corresponding treatment.

Tax and Customs 

Please bear in mind that if you are shopping from outside of the UK, you may be charged a customs fee.  

Faulty products

We ensure that all our products are in excellent condition when packaging the order. However, when it leaves us and is on the way to you in transit, it is out of our hands. If this is the case, we will endeavor to assist you in replacing the product through the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of these products, gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Returns & refunds are accepted up to 14 days after purchase.

Returns are accepted if the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Please note: You will be responsible for covering the direct cost of returning the products.

Please note that liquids are non-refundable.           

Upon receipt of the above, we will refund the price of the product, minus the shipping cost, to you using the same method originally used for your purchase.
